Though this film has hardly any popular names that will push us to the theatres, one thing for sure that will raise our curiosity is the title. To know who this Vidya Balan is we need to have patience; patience not to see a great twist unfold but to put up with a lot of nuisance that is used as cushioning around the fulcrum. It is irritating when all the limitations in the story are plastered on your face in the first 20 minutes. Prince returns after a huge gap and disaster films but this time with a reasonably decent plot. He plays Kiran who is a Pizza delivery boy and in the first few scenes itself, the director shows his insecurity. Melkote, JP Reddy and Prabhas Seenu are seen playing a weird game and use double entendre to communicate, there is woman who behaves strangely after taking the ‘Pijja’ and the heroine who is a doctor cannot distinguish between reality and illusion and is okay stepping into a seductive dress and posing with the hero whose advances she rebuffs.
Minister Puli Naidu and his Man Friday unleash their man to kill Dr. Ravi Prakash who threatens the former; He apparently has a video recorded on his phone that has some images which will jeopardise just not his life and career but also of those people who aided him seal a murky deal. Before being killed, Ravi Prakash’s phone that has Vidya Balan as the screen saver falls into a small vehicle owned by Tagubothu Ramesh, a mosquito repellent man. Another doctor Harsha (Rao Ramesh) from the same hospital wants the phone at any cost as his misdeeds are recorded in it. Kiran, Swati (Jyoti Sethi) and Swati’s cousin Waltair Vasu (Madhu) get entangled in the drama and in this melee enters Ganta (Sampoornesh Babu), Puli Naidu’s son who suffers from night blindness. When so many people are behind Tagubothu Ramesh to recover the phone, it is time for a cop to push the story towards the climax. Ashish Vidyarthi arrives and does the honours.

Though the plot is interesting, a little more effort in fine tuning the script would have helped the film.
The songs were unnecessary; the vulgarity was not needed either. The basic premise had a social issue and had some good comedy to go with it but Srinivas Raga to embellish it with the so called commercial ingredients makes it a tedious watch. Sampoornesh Babu should take a break and reinvent himself, he has the same expression and pitch for dialogue delivery for every emotion and his work lacks novelty.
Just because there is song and dance we are compelled to call Prince and Jyothi Sethi as lead pair otherwise every person gets equal space in the film and play crucial part in story development.
