What they say…

Producer Leo Vision V.S. Rajkumar: My previous film Naduvule Konjam Pakkatha Kanom became a hit. I wanted my second outing also to be a hit. When director Gokul approached me with this script I was at once interested because I felt the film had the potential to make it big at the box office.

Director Gokul: After my earlier film Rowthiram, I wanted to direct a different kind of movie. When I wrote the script with four characters, the outcome was a comedy. Initially, I had not considered casting Vijay Sethupathy as hero but when the producer suggested his name we decided he was the best bet for the role of Sumar Moonchi Kumar. I am confident about the film’s success.

Hero Vijay Sethupathy: This is my sixth film and when I read the story, I realised it had all the elements that would make a successful movie. I was at first not very comfortable with doing the role, especially as I was not a dancer. It was only after the director’s reassurance that I gained confidence. Both the director and dance master Raju Sundaram trained me and I was delighted when they told me I was a fine dancer. I am eager for the film’s release as I would like to watch those portions.

Music director Siddarth Vipin: I am a sound engineer and did the sound effects for three Hollywood movies, one of which had Russell Crowe as hero. I also composed the music for two Malayalam films and one Kannada film and did the RR for the Tamil film Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kanom . This is my first full-fledged Tamil movie and both the director and the producer are pleased as the audio has been appreciated. I have also appeared in a guest role in the movie.
