The album consists of six numbers, each one different from the other. Four are written by Navin Kannan and they are ‘Irukku Aana Illa,’ ‘Kalai Adhikalai,’ ‘Aiyo Indru En Vanil’ and ‘Idhu Enna Idhu Enna.’ The title number sung by Santhosh Hariharan is funky, while ‘Kalai Adhikalai,’ starting with a rap section by Anoop Unni Krishnan, is sung beautifully by Deepak. ‘Aiyo Indru En Vanil’ sung by Ananya and ‘Idhu Enna Idhu Enna’ sung by Nivas have the same tune but different lyrics. ‘Tholla,’ sung by Nivas and pened by Vasanth, is another attractive number. ‘Karkalamegam,’ written by Sengai Nilavan and sung by Deepak and Ananya, is sure to go down well with the listeners.

Producers Sathya Nagaraj, Chelladurai, Sami P. Venkat and Balamani Jayabalan: We are all working in Kuwait. As we are passionate about films, we entrusted the job of finding a good story to our friend AKV. Kalaignani (one of the sons of late A.K. Velan of Arunachalam Studios). Director K.M. Saravanan: I worked with Yugi Sethu as an assistant director and scriptwriter. Equipped with a Master’s degree in the electronic media, I entered films. Irukku Aana Illa is a trendy movie that will appeal to every section of the audience. We selected the crew in the same way as we selected the story. Out of 10 music directors, Shammeer was convincing and hence got selected. We are sure we have a hit film on hand.

Hero Vivanth: I hosted the Take-5 show on Jaya TV and have acted in various short films and music videos. I came to know about the hunt for the lead player in Irukku Aana Illa and attended the audition. I am happy to have landed the role.

Music director Shammeer: I started learning piano from my younger days and wanted to be a composer. I worked in my college band ‘Pathai’ and then did three musical novels, Ranam Sugam, Munbeva Anbeva and Neon Nagaram. Then I did a film Aaya Vadai Sutta Kathai and now Irukku Aana Illa. The producers wanted to do something for their Kuwait friends and I sent them the tune for a song. We received a number of lyrics for it from the Kuwait Thamizh Sangam and finally zeroed in on lyricist Sengai Nilavan, whose lyrics made it to one of the songs in the album.
