There are four songs in the film, and each one is different in its own way. Three are written by Niranjan Bharathi and one, ‘Kanneerae’, which is written by Arunraja Kamaraj and sung by the music director himself, is a good one. The best song is the first one in the album, ‘Thoda Thoda’, which is sung by Haricharan and Ranina Reddy. The title number ‘Endrendrum’, sung by Nikhil Mathew with Sricharan doing the rap, is interesting. ‘Kannae Kannae’ sung by Ranina Reddy makes us press the rewind button.

Vettai Mannan, a Silambarasan film. I started this film as a short film in the first instance, but it did not end there as its budget became big; so I decided to make it a full-length feature film. Now the film has been completed and people who have seen some parts of the movie are appreciating my work and I am sure of its success.

Hero Sathish: I started as a dancer and won a prize in Manada Mayilada TV programme. I did dance choreography for director Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Neethane En Ponvasantham and now I have half a dozen films as a dance choreographer to my credit. But acting in front of the camera is always better. As director Sinish is a good friend of mine, we decided to do the film. As a hero in the movie, I am happy to work in it and am sure of its success.

Music director Dharan: After my first film, I got a lot of offers, but I did not accept all the films which came to me. When director Sinish came to me with this script, I heard the full story and told him that I would do the music for the film, as I felt that he had an interesting subject to show to the audience. When he showed me the first copy for re-recording, I was really happy to work in it, as he had left a lot of space for me to do my work. I felt that the film has come out well and I am waiting for its release.”
