The album comprises six songs; the best is ‘Royapuram Pakkathile’, written by S.K.Vijayan, and sung by Rajini and Megabharathi. The other two numbers by the same lyricist are ‘Anbu Ennum Kootukulle’ sung by Lavanya and ‘Nenjukulle’ sung by Rajini. ‘Kathal Nenje Va Va’ sung by Megabharathi and written by Subhash is catchy, while ‘Kalaiyuthe Maname’, sung by Sudhakar, and written by the music director and director of the film is interesting. ‘Purappadu Thozha’ written by Thivya Kavi stands out because of its powerful lyrics and varied instruments. The CD cover does not have the names of the lyricists. One wishes these had not been omitted.
