Yoga reduces stress, anxiety: B-Town celebrities

Celebrities like Subhash Ghai, Shilpa Shetty Neha Dupia, and Twinkle Khanna shared the benefits of yoga with fans on International Yoda Day. The celebrities took to social media to urge people to perform yoga to keep anxiety, depression and other problems at bay on Tuesday.
