Sideshow Bob, a recurring character on the animated TV series “The Simpsons”, will finally achieve his goal of killing Bart Simpson on the show’s Halloween episode.

Voiced by Kelsey Grammer, Bob, whose previous plans were always foiled at the last moment, will kill Bart in the upcoming “Treehouse of Horror” instalment.

Executive producer Al Jean said: “I hated frustration comedy so we’ll scratch that itch.”

While it is not clear on what will happen to Bob after he accomplishes his life’s mission, it is assured that Bart will be back on the show.
