WINSOME SMILE Gaurav Sareen

Having won fans through his supporting act in Ek Deewana Tha , Gaurav Sareen will now be seen in a lead role in the upcoming serial Krishna Chali London . Scheduled to be shown on Star Plus Channel from Monday onwards, it is the story of a boy next door, Radhe Lal Shukla, essayed by Gaurav, who doesn’t share the same aspirations and career goals of people of his generation. “Instead his only aim in life is to find a suitable partner for himself. So the show is all about how and when will Radhe meet the girl, who is the perfect candidate to become his wife,” reveals Gaurav.

Giving details about the character, Gaurav says, “Radhe is a sweet, innocent and bubbly kind of a person, who is romantic, and perfectly equipped with skills to always keep his partner happy.”

Stating that it has been fun and exciting throughout the shooting, specially in Kanpur, Gaurav says, he worked hard to do justice to the character. “The part that required most effort for the role was the language. Since I was born and brought up in Amritsar, I have a Punjabi accent, which was unfit for Radhe, who is from Kanpur. I read a lot of books and watched movies in the languages spoken in and around eastern Uttar Pradesh.”
