After Solapur, Prakash Ambedkar files papers a second time from Akola LS seat

A day after he filed his nomination for the Solapur Lok Sabha constituency, Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi leader Prakash Ambedkar filed his papers from the Akola seat as well. Mr. Ambedkar has a sizeable base in Akola, once considered his stronghold. He won the seat in 1999, but has since lost to BJP’s Sanjay Dhotre successively in the next three general elections.
