Andre Silva scored the only goal of the game minutes into the second half as Portugal defeated Italy 1-0 in the UEFA Nations League match played at Lisbon. In other games, two late goals from Emre Akbaba gave Turkey a stunning 3-2 victory over Sweden. With only minutes left on the clock, Akbaba reversed a 2-1 deficit to 3-2 in Turkey’s favour.

Scotland marked Alex McLeish’s first competitive game in his second spell as manager with a 2-0 win over Albania. Steven Naismith was at the heart of both the goals as he forced the own-goal opener and scored the second.
