Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced the appointment O. P. Bhatt, former Chairman of SBI Group, and Cyrus Mistry, Deputy Chairman of Tata Sons, to the company's board with effect from April 2.
With the addition of these two directors, the total board strength to 14 directors, says a release.
