Gold prices fell by Rs. 130 to Rs. 30,600 per 10 grams in the national capital on Tuesday on selling by stockists in tandem with a weak global trend.

On the other hand, silver prices rose by Rs. 100 to Rs. 43,400 per kg on increased industrial demand.

Traders said stockists selling in line with a weak global trend on speculation that the Federal Reserve will further reduce monetary stimulus led to the decline in gold prices.
