Pawan K. Ruia, Chairman of the Ruia Group, has resigned from the directorship of Dunlop India as part of his decision to resign from the directorship of all the operating companies. The decision is also in accordance with his vision of further professionalising the operations of these companies.
A company release said that he resigned from the board of Dunlop India with effect from August 10 and his resignation had been accepted in a meeting of the board of directors of Dunlop India. He had earlier resigned from the chairmanship of Jessop and Dunlop.
