MARG Q4 net at Rs. 15 crore

MARG Limited, an infrastructure company, registered a rise of 8.6 per cent in its total income at Rs. 391.91 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012, up from Rs. 360.71 crore in the same period in the previous year. The net profit after tax has declined by 17.8 per cent to Rs. 15.03 crore from Rs. 18.27 crore in the year-ago period.

For the full year ended March 2012, total income increased by 38 per cent to Rs. 1,500.82 crore from Rs. 1,085.01 crore in 2010-11. The net profit after tax has risen by 85 per cent to Rs. 110.52 crore from Rs. 59.87 crore.

MARG Karaikal Port handled 6.01 million tonnes of multi-cargo in 2011-12 and reported a top line of Rs. 220 crore and a net profit of Rs. 32 crore.

The EPC division revenue was up 43 per cent at Rs.1,440 crore.
