Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu, Managing Director of Lakshmi Machine Works (LMW), has been re- designated as the Chairman and Managing Director of the company. He was elected chairman at a board meeting of LMW held here on Monday. He had been Managing Director of the Coimbatore-based textile machinery manufacturing company since September 2010.
R. Venkatrangappan, who was the chairman of LMW, relinquished his positions as chairman of the Board of Directors and director of the company on October 15.
