Centum Learning has signed an agreement with ING Vysya Financial Services Limited (IVFSL) for providing trained manpower for the company. The candidates would be offered an exclusive opportunity to “earn while they learn”. On selection, candidates will receive industry-oriented learning from Centum Learning and conditional job offer letters by IVFSL. The six-month learning programme, comprise both class-room and on-the job training.

“With the nature of the BFSI industry being people-intensive, the biggest challenge that the industry faces today is that of finding the right talent. We are taking various initiatives to enhance employability skills of youth in the country. Our mission lies in enabling sustainable transformation for every organisation that we partner with, therefore, in an industry where attrition rates are higher, I have no doubt we would ensure that IVFSL gets best-in-class manpower,” said Centum Learning CEO & Executive Director Sanjeev Duggal.

“IVFSL is continuously looking at building a talent pipeline for front line sales personnel who can be groomed to take on challenging sales assignments across various business groups. This kind of finishing school is a great opportunity to induct trained manpower who have gone through a structured programme on basic banking as well as have real time sales experience,” IVFSL Head (Human Resource) Rekha Santosh.
