VGN launches new housing project

VGN Developers is coming out with a new two 2BHK (bedroom, hall, kitchen) housing project at Mogappair East near Chennai. Pratish Devadoss, Managing Director, said in a release that the project, spread across two acres, would have 160 housing units covering a total built up area of about 1.30 lakh sq.ft. The apartment, ranging from 731 sq.ft to 1,042 sq.ft., is priced at Rs. 3,600 per sq.ft. — Corporate Reporter
