Tata Housing Development Company has come out with a unique scheme for home buyers bringing them the opportunity to purchase homes online during the great online shopping festival by Google.
It is a first of its kind initiative by Tata Value Homes (TVHL), a 100 percent subsidiary of Tata Housing and it has partnered with Google to enable booking a home online at La Montana (Pune), Inora Park (Pune), New Haven (Bengaluru) and New Haven Compact (Ahmedabad). This scheme will empower the consumers to own a home by paying only the booking amount of Rs. 20,000 from December 11 to 13.
The great online shopping festival by Google is a platform that benefits consumers as they can purchase products at economical and discounted rates. Hence, for the very first time the platform has brought real estate as a category on board. The festival will be held over three days.
