Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd. has raised ₹185 crore through private placement of non-convertible debentures.
These secured redeemable rated listed NCDs have already been allotted. These debenture are of face a value of ₹10 lakhs each.
In all, the company issued 1,850 debentures aggregating ₹185 crore.

The debentures carry a coupon rate of 8.55%.
