Royal Enfield has acquired UK-based Harris Performance Products Ltd (HPPL), engaged in design and manufacture of specialised high performance motorcycle chassis and components, for an undisclosed sum. HPPL has worked with Royal Enfield for a number of years as a technical partner. Under the proposed deal, Royal Enfield will acquire all assets, employees, trade names, technical know-how and intellectual property of HPPL.
