Lycos, Apollo International to form JV

Digital media firm Lycos and Apollo International, a part of the Apollo Group, are forming a joint venture to offer end-to-end solutions for global brands to deploy custom e-commerce platforms targeting Indian consumers. The joint venture will be called Apollo Lycos Netcommerce. The proposed venture is for designing, developing and fulfilling e-commerce for brands online.
