Real estate player, KV Developers, part of the KV Group, on Wednesday announced the launch of Rs. 300 crore residential project named Wind Park in Greater Noida in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, KV Developers Director, Aman Agarwal said the company had acquired all the required regulatory approvals, including environmental approval, for the project. The construction will begin soon and the project will be completed in three and a half year, he added.
The project is spread over five acres and will have seven towers. The price ranges from Rs. 3,200 to 4,000 per sq feet.
