IT services company HTC Global Services has acquired CareTech Solutions Inc — an IT, web products and services provider based in the U.S., a statement said on Friday.
“This acquisition is an integral part of our strategy of exponential growth in our chosen areas of IT competencies,” Madhava Reddy, president and CEO, HTC Global Services said in the statement.
The company was silent on the purchase price.

Mr. Reddy said CareTech, which also provides focused IT services and solutions to the healthcare industry, expanded HTC Global Services’ footprint in the U.S. and also broadened its range of service offerings.
