Howdy Ventures, which owns HowdyDo!, a social events and messaging app, has raised ₹10 crore. Xavier Britto, chairman of Kerry Indev logistics, picked up 50% equity in the company amounting to ₹10 crore . Howdy is also talking to private equity to raise another ₹20 crore over the next six months. The money will be used for product development, said Howdy Ventures CEO Sudhakar Raja.
