Biswal takes over as Director (Finance) on NTPC Board

Kulamani Biswal on Monday took over as Director (Finance) on the NTPC Board.

A Commerce Graduate from Utkal University and fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Mr. Biswal has done LL.B. from Sambalpur University and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He is an MBA from New Port University, California, USA.

He was Chief (Finance) at Central Electricity Regulatory Commission and contributed to drafting of various regulations and policies for smooth functioning of the power sector from year 2004 to 2010.
