PM Modi holds bilateral talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping

Both leaders, accompanied by a high level delegation, discussed concerning matters.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday held bilateral talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping at Russia's capital Ufa. Mr. Modi is in Russia to attend the BRICS summit. He is also expected to meet President of South Africa Jacob Zuma in Russia ahead of the BRICS summit. The BRICS leaders will meet in an informal milieu over dinner. The formal summit programme will begin the next day.
