Ten-wkt. win for India `A'

NEW DELHI, AUG. 1. India `A' beat Zimbabwe's Select XI by 10 wickets in its second tour match at the Harare Sports Club on Saturday.

Captain Sairaj Bahutule returned impressive figures of four for 11 to help the visitor bundle out the Select XI for 131 in its second innings, which set a mere 25-run winning target for India.

Openers Dheeraj Jadhav (13) and Gautam Gambhir (12) reached the target in just 8.2 overs on the third day of the four-day match.

Earlier, Romesh Powar and Shiv Shankar Paul also gave a creditable performance claiming three for 33 and three for 38 respectively.

The Indians, who won the first match by nine wickets earlier this week, will play the last match on the tour against Zimbabwe `A' from August 5. — PTI
