HYDERABAD: Gokul Nagar Playground moved into the sub-juniors final with a 21-13, 11-21, 15-13 win against Mallepally Playground in the MCH Open sepak takraw championship at Victory Playground here on Saturday.

Certificate course for commentators

Andhra Pradesh Olympic Association will organise a five-day, short-term certificate course for commentators and comperes at Olympic Bhavan here from April 5, according to L. Venkatram Reddy, secretary of APOA.

The course, first of its kind in the State, will be organised by G.K. Marar, retired director of All India Radio and Doordarshan. 10K Open chess

Indira Gandhi Gold Cup cricket match featuring Telugu film stars will be played under floodlights at Lal Bahadur Stadium on April 23, according to Rajasthani Jagruti Samiti press release.
