NEW DELHI, DEC. 22. An earthquake of slight intensity hit the Kutch region of Gujarat late last night, Meteorological Department said today. The quake measuring 4.7 on the Richter Scale was felt at latitude 69.7 north and longitude 23.7 east in the region at 11.03 p.m., it said.
