The NSUI district former president Talla Vipul Goud has been elected as the union’s State secretary, securing the second highest majority votes in the election held for six secretary posts at Gandhi Bhavan in Hyderabad yesterday. Vipul Goud had earlier held the NSUI district vice-president and president posts. About 43 persons filed nominations for the secretary posts. Balmuri Venkat was re-elected the union’s State president.
