Sir, — There is undoubtedly a case for a review. It is hoped that the Court will have the judicial courage of Justice P.N. Bhagwathi who in one of his judgments said: "To perpetuate an error is no heroism. To rectify it is the compulsion of judicial conscience."

Sir, — No doubt the verdict is severe. But there is no other solution for a State like Kerala where the right to strike is misused to such a degree that normal life is disrupted every so often and the State's progress hindered.
