Music director Bharadwaj to be felicitated in the U.S.

Music director Bharadwaj is doing an album in Tamil. The inspiration came from none other than the maestro, Ilaiyaraaja. Bharadwaj who has hits in movies such as `Attagasam', `Autograph', `Vasool Raja M.B.B.S' and `Iyya', is also teaching music to Malaysian students.

"Last year I took music legends M.S. Viswanathan and Ramamurthy to Malaysia. It was a musical journey for people through some unforgettable Tamil classic songs. This time we intend to take Tamil poets to Malaysia and present them to the people through `Astro Vanavil'. The poets will then discuss the lyrical content and its evolution from 1935 to 2005 and bring in some of the best works." "I will be in the U.S. in the first week of July where Tamils in Dallas will felicitate me. After hearing Ilaiyaraaja's `Thiruvasagam' I have decided to compose a special album in Tamil where one will remember Bharadwaj for a similar monumental work." Bharadwaj is now working for some Tamil films, which include `Andal Nal Gnabagam', `February 14', `Priyasaki', `Paisa' and `Idaya Thirudan'.
