Medical waste weighing about 20 tonnes was found dumped in a private farm at Sankarapuram village near Kuchanoor here on Saturday.
Farmers say it was left by people who had come in vehicles bearing Kerala registration number. Tamil Nadu Anaithu Vivasayigal Sanga Kootamaippu deputy secretary Senguttuvan, said there were expired drugs among other waste.
