Jagan speaks to Modi about defections

Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy said on Wednesday that he brought the issue of defections to the notice of the Prime Minister and said that it was not fair to field a candidate for the top post of President. “We have sought disqualification of the defectors,” he said.
