TIRUCHI: Presentation of a commendation certificate to the Assistant Director, District Employment Exchange, P. Suresh Kumar, in recognition of the steps taken by him for launching the Study Circle at the District Employment Exchange to motivate unemployed youths marked the Annual Day celebrations of the Tiruchi Humour Club here on Monday.

The cine actor, `Delhi' Ganesh, was the chief guest and he gave away the award to Mr. Suresh Kumar. The certificate also recognised his role in fetching jobs to many deserving candidates.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ganesh said humour was present in day-to-day life of all human beings. He said the people should be always frank, free and fearless. Replying to a question posed by a member of the club during the interaction session, Mr. Ganesh said people should be content with whatever they possessed. He said that he never compared himself with others. Asked whether he derived mental satisfaction from films or television serials, his answer was "Films", the reason being more `Reach, remuneration and respect' in films. The president, Tiruchi Humour Club, Navilu M. Subramanian, presided . The Additional General Manager, BHEL, G. Umashankar, and the Deputy General Manager, Tiruvalluvar, spoke.
