Correct move

Sir, — The Editorial "Spiting the law-abiding visitor" (Dec. 31) propounds high moral values enjoined on a peace-loving country but seems impractical as Pakistan's trustworthiness is in question. Our peace and harmony are constantly in jeopardy thanks to the intermittent intrusion by militants trained in Pakistan who are progressively mixing with our population. How does one distinguish between law-abiding visitors and terrorists, who enter our country under the garb of "law-abiding visitors"? Hence, the move to restrict Pakistani visitors to three Indian cities cannot be construed as ill-conceived.
