Sir, - The Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan, Mr. Vijay K. Nambiar, who was recalled, has stressed the need for India and Pakistan to prefer a diplomatic solution to avoid bloodshed.
The Pakistan Foreign Minister, Mr. Abdul Sattar, has also sought from India an impartial inquiry into the attack on Parliament. Both these officials are pivotal in the affairs of the two countries and their opinion should be taken into account to avoid war and bloodshed.
