KRISHNAGIRI: Following increasing complaints of two-wheeler thefts, special teams have been formed to nab the culprits, Town police Inspector J. Arulmozhi Arasu said.

He told reporters on Wednesday that traps have been laid in different places. Last year as many as 85 stolen vehicles were recovered.

The Inspector said that due to increasing traffic on Bangalore and Madras road, the parking pattern of two-wheelers has been changed. Traffic police have also been geared up to regulate unauthorised parking within the town.

One-way traffic on Coronation Ground Road and other road would be regulated, the Inspector pointed out.
