NAGAPATTINAM: The Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing and Development Corporation has proposed to implement Fast Track Power Supply Scheme.

A government order has been issued to implement the scheme for 39 beneficiaries at a cost of Rs.3.9 lakh.

Small and marginal farmers from Adi Dravidar and Tribal community have been requested to apply with their details and a photograph in a plain sheet.

Photocopies of community certificate, certificate of annual income of the family, ration card, computerised patta document with area of borewell on the land clearly shaded on the document, receipt for Rs.50 paid to the electricity board along with the seniority number and the photocopy of the original document of ownership of land should be enclosed with the application.

Revolving fund for self-help groups

Similarly, self-help groups affiliated to Mahalir Thittam that seek revolving funds, should apply with a copy of the rating certificate done by the Mahalir Thittam office.

Those SHGs not affiliated to Mahalir Thittam that seek assistance should apply with a copy of the certification given by the Block Development Office.
