TAMBARAM: Litigation severely affects the speedy implementation of several development projects, Union Minister for Shipping, Road Transport and Highways T.R. Baalu said on Friday.

Addressing a function at Tiruvanchery near Tambaram to distribute free colour television sets, Mr. Baalu said many people approached the court over surrendering their land and property to the Government for executing projects in the public interest.
