Job portal for rural youth

With a plethora of job finding sources, landing the right job is not a difficult exercise any more for the city-bred youths. But, the case is not the same with those from the rural areas. M/s Sama Super Jobs (SSJ) has an answer.

Promoted by industrialist G.R. Govindharajan, SSJ aims to help the unemployed youth, particularly from the remote villages of Tamil Nadu, to find a suitable and well-paid job at no cost.

“There are several educated youth from these areas who continue to struggle to find a decent job. That's because they are quite ignorant of the facilities available,” says Mr. Govindharajan.

“They depend mainly on the print media when it comes to applying for a job and keep their fingers crossed hoping for something good to happen. Most of them are unable to contact the companies concerned or get to know the status of their applications. It has been agitating me for quite some time. So, I decided to go ahead with this project, which I am sure will be highly beneficial,” he adds.

To reach out to this section of the people, SSJ has created a website www.samajobs.in that will provide with substantial info of the various jobs and its availability.

SSJ will offer free registrations for the first 10,000 applicants and free registrations for the first 500 job providers. Applicants can apply online through its website or download the application form and send in the same by post or courier. They can also register through telephones or mobile phones (0422-2221057 & 95855 17546).

“They can also view the jobs available, the perquisites and the facilities offered before sending in their resume,” says J. Suriya, its Chief Executive Officer.

A drop box will also be provided 24 x 7 at our office situated at 2E Flat, Second Floor, Ram Apartments, Avinashi Road, Pappanaickenpalayam (Post), Coimbatore-641 007.
