Tiruchi: The Well Wishers of City Development Welfare Organisations has urged the Railway administration to introduce day time fast passenger trains from Tiruchi to Chennai, from Tiruchi to Mysore via Bangalore and from Tiruchi to Tirupathi via Kancheepuram. It also wanted the resumption of the fast passenger train from Tiruchi to Palakkad via Coimbatore in the morning. It appealed to the authorities to create additional three bus bays at the Tiruchi Junction for the benefit of the passengers. They submitted a memorandum containing the above demands to the railway authorities here, a release said.
