Kolkata: The sleuths of the Kolkata police detective department on Saturday arrested a person allegedly working as a dummy candidate from Bihar.
Biswajit Kumar, a second year student of Patna Medical College, was arrested from the medical college hostel, police said.
“Biswajit sat in the WBJEE (Medical) in place of Avijit Saha who ranked 131 in the medical examination this year. He has been arrested and is brought to Kolkata ,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (DD) Ajoy Kumar said.
