NEW DELHI: RAINFALL: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

TEMPERATURES:

MAXIMUM: The maximum temperatures changed little. They were above normal in Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand and normal in the rest of the region. The highest maximum temperature in the region was 38.1ºC recorded at Bikaner (Rajasthan).

MINIMUM: The minimum temperatures changed little. They were below normal in Jammu and Kashmir, markedly above normal in east Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 13.8ºC recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).
