The two businessmen men have been arrested.

According to the police, a civil services aspirant, Dhananjay Tiwari, had gone to meet his younger brother, Rajkumar Tiwari, who lived in a rented accommodation at Gujranwala Colony in Model Town last night. Dhananjay's three friends -- Shiv Sharma (25), also a civil services aspirant, Ajit Singh and Siddhartha Vaswani -- were also with him in his Indica car.
