Question leak: case diary submitted

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Crime Branch submitted the case diary pertaining to the SSLC question-paper leak before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paul Simon, here on Saturday.

The Magistrate directed the Crime Branch on Friday to the produce the diary while hearing its plea seeking the custody of the accused Rajan Chacko and his wife, Annamma Chacko.

The Superintendent of Crime Branch, Wilson K. Joseph, submitted the diary. The Magistrate will pass an order on the Crime Branch plea on Monday.

The bail pleas of Chacko, Annamma Chacko and the fifth accused in the case, Suresh Kumar, had also been posted for hearing to Monday.
