THIRUVANANTHAPURAM JULY 3. The State Government has accorded sanction to open 23 self-financing engineering colleges in 2002-03 academic year. The following is the list of colleges and courses planned in these colleges.

All colleges have 60 seats each for each subject. The Entrance Commissioner has granted permission to the Technical Education Director to admit students from the ranklist of the Common Entrance Examination in these colleges as per the conditions prescribed earlier.
