A one-day workshop on effective implementation of minimum legal size in fisheries will be held on Friday at the Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute, Kochi.
J. Mercykutty Amma, Minister for Fisheries and Harbour Engineering, will inaugurate the programme.
A Jayathilak, Chairman, Marine Products Export Development Agency, Kochi, will preside over the function. Various stakeholder agencies, and researchers from fisheries institutions will attend the event.
