Essay competition

PALAKKAD: The Indian Institute of Scientific Heritage has invited entries for an essay competition for students and others in connection with the Saastra-2007 seminar. The subject is ‘Present-day importance of Indian heritage knowledge.’ The essay can be in English or Malayalam on 10 foolscap pages.

The students should submit a certificate from school or college authorities along with the essay. Awards will be presented to the winners during the seminar on December 25 at Ernakulam. Essays should be sent to C.K. Haridas, Pournami, Anjali Gardens, Palakkad – 678 006 (Ph: 94470 03030) on or before November 11.
