Science centre to conduct course for students

GULBARGA, MARCH 3. The Gulbarga District Science Centre will conduct an integrated science awareness course for students studying from seventh to 10th standards in April and May.

A press release issued here today by the centre said the course for the first batch would be held between April 4 and 17 from 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The course for the second batch would be held from May 5 to 18. It would deal with physics, chemistry, model rocket making, electronics, astronomy, and computer science.

The centre would also guide students on career planning. The camp fee would be Rs. 600 and the participants would be awarded certificates, the release said.
